MENGONI SRL is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the website www.mengonisrl.com, even for delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to MENGONI SRL.
Technical information
The technical informations included on the MENGONI SRL website are obtained from the informations published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. MENGONI SRL., Therefore, reserves the right to change / adapt the technical and dimensional informations of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any prior notice. The images are purely indicative, the title of the product will prevail.
The informations relating to the products provided on the site are constantly updated. However, the complete absence of errors cannot be guaranteed. MENGONI SRL reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions or images even after an order has been sent and also to change or update informations at any time without prior notice.
Product Availability
Since access and the ability to place orders online change product availability in real time, MENGONI SRL does not guarantee the certainty of assigning the ordered goods.
Risk and Property
The goods are shipped in free port, secured by charge on the invoice, where the goods were shipped to port assigned behind indication of the score, the risk is deemed to be paid by the customer from delivery of goods to the carrier from its warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by email or registered letter with return receipt, to MENGONI SRL. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be verified in the term of 7 days from the reception. Any hidden defects, should be reported in writing by e-mail or registered letter with advice of receipt. After the above mentioned terms, any irregularity will be taken into account. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements.
Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively online or by telephone. The customer sends via internet orders receive, at the end of the procedure, a notice of confirmation of receipt by e-mail, with an indication of the order number. In the case of a confirmation message not appearing within the first few minutes of purchase, the order is regarded as invalid, in any legal sense, as well as for either accounting purposes, administrative purposes or lack of product.
Multiple orders made separately will not be merged into a single shipment, and if you want to buy more than one item a single order must be done.
We point out that for all orders received from 14.00 onwards, the processing of the package within the same day is not guaranteed.
Order Changes and Cancellation Requests.
We remind you that we are very quick to prepare your order and that we use express couriers, this means that we cannot make changes once the order has been sent (change of delivery address, payment method, purchased products, etc …). You only have 30 minutes from the time you confirmed and sent the order to notify us of any changes to be made! Hurry up!
The order can be canceled if, at the time of the cancellation request, it is still being prepared; in this case no cost will be charged to the customer. It is advisable to contact the customer service by telephone, for immediate confirmation.
If at the time of the request for cancellation of the order, the same has already been given to the courier, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal and send goods back at his own expense to MENGONI SRL.
Prices
All prices on the website, in the relative column, are to be intended with VAT included. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.
Payments
Goods supplied must be paid for by Credit Card, Paypal, Cash on Delivery (only in Italy) or Bank Transfer. Different conditions that must be agreed in writing with MENGONI SRL.

Returns and Refunds
MENGONI SRL’s goal is to always guarantee complete customer satisfaction for every purchase made. According article 52 D.lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del consumo),the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Once MENGONI SRL receives the goods and check the perfect integrity of the same, the above mentioned company will arrange for a refund no later than 30 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to the following address within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products: info@mengonisrl.com a communication containing:
- the indication of the products from which Customer intends to withdraw;
- the order number to be refunded;
- data relating to the customer’s bank account, only if the customer has made the payment by Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for sealed products that do not lend themselves to being replaced for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery. Therefore, the returned products must be: properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation; cosmetic products must not be opened or used, without obvious signs of use. That is, they must not bear traces of any type of use and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale.
Once MENGONI SRL receives the goods and check the perfect integrity of the same, the above mentioned company will arrange for a refund no later than 30 days. For the return and shipment of the product the customer is free to use a courier of his choice, of which he will bear the costs. The customer must make this shipment within fourteen working days from the date on which he sent the communication to exercise the right of withdrawal, and send the goods to:

Important notes
The transport costs for the return of the products and the responsibility of the goods, for damage, theft and loss during shipment, as required by law, are charged to the customer. In case of transport damage occurred during the return, MENGONI SRL will notify the customer within five working days of receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint with the courier used for the transport. The damaged goods will be available for the return and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously canceled.
Complaints
In the event of an error in the order or shipment, it is possible to request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. . If the product received does not conform to the one ordered, it is possible to request a free change with the desired product, or another of the same amount. The product sent incorrectly will be collected at the expense of MENGONI SRL by the courier in charge of GLS. The customer must make a request by e-mail to info@mengonisrl.com, then prepare the product to be returned with a package, intact and well packaged, and indicate:
• the place of collection of the products to be returned;
• date and time slot (at least 3 hours) of collection.
